  • We run our courses online to ensure accessibility to support and guidance for the Primary FRCA. As the current world circumstances evolve, we aim to keep all courses online.

    Our courses, workshops and mentoring are run using online conferencing software. When booking onto our courses please ensure you have a working camera and microphone, a stable internet connection and a quiet place to follow the course.

  • Refunds are at our discretion and will be on a case by case basis. 

    • 50% refund if cancelled >1 week before course

    • 100% refund if cancelled > 2 weeks before course

  • We aim to produce courses of the highest quality, that are sustainable and support candidates in the best ways possible.

    In order to fulfil our aims, we need money!

    Funds are used to cover operational costs and to aid the development of our courses.

    A proportion is spent on marketing and running this website. We also conduct research to ensure that our courses are providing benefit to candidates.

    We realise that the FRCA is not a cheap exam. Our courses are competitively priced based on market research, which is regularly reviewed.
